Instructional Unit - Git and Github
This was a project for HU3120 in Spring 2023.
The purpose was to create a set of instructional materials that could be used to teach a field-related topic. From my personal experience working with students, I find that a lot of people start off with a tenuous grasp of Git at best, often having another student teaching them when they need it for the first time.
In structure, this project consists of a lesson plan to guide the instructor and organize ideas, a slideshow to be used as a visual aid in class, and an activity that will be completed over the course of the lesson. This ideally would bring a student from very limited knowledge about version control to being able to navigate the basics and work on repos.
